Chad Pipkens turns up the heat on days 1 and 2 of the Bassmaster Toyota Angler of the Year Championship heading for a 5th place finish, 6 straight finish in the money and a Bassmaster Classic 2016 berth! After finishing 4th at Chesapeake Bay and 3rd at Lake St. Clair Pip moves into 3rd place after 2 days on Sturgeon Bay whacking smallmouth bass in the AOY event!

This is Bassmasters TV video action of Pipkens on days 1 and 2 putting 34 pounds 4 ounces of Green Bay bass in the boat to hold on to 3rd place in the AOY on his way to a 3-day total of 45 pounds 11 ounces and a 5th place check. Pip’s 3rd Bassmaster Elite Series top 5 finish in a row will put him in 27th place with 511 AOY points punching his 2nd consecutive Bassmaster Classic ticket, through the Elite Series AOY points this time!
